Data Processing Agreement

This Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”) describes how Scifane processes personal data when providing the Scifane platform. It is intended to support customers that use Scifane to collect customer feedback.

1. Roles

Customers using Scifane determine the purposes and means of processing customer feedback data (“Controller”). Scifane processes data on behalf of the customer to provide the Service (“Processor”).

2. Categories of Data

Depending on the customer’s use, Scifane may process:

• Customer contact details (e.g., email address or phone number)
• Feedback responses and satisfaction ratings
• Platform activity data related to feedback workflows

3. Purpose of Processing

Scifane processes personal data only to provide and maintain the Service, including automation, response management, reporting, and related support.

4. Security Measures

Scifane uses reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect personal data from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure.

5. Sub-processors

Scifane may use trusted sub-processors (e.g., hosting, email delivery, payment providers) to operate the Service. These providers are expected to protect personal data and process it only as necessary to provide their services.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Data is retained only as long as necessary to provide the Service or comply with legal obligations. Customers may request deletion of data by contacting support, subject to applicable law and technical limitations.
